With partnership funds ranging from ₦ 50,000 to ₦ 500million, individuals are assured of a Monthly Return on Investment also
known as Return on Partnership (ROP) between 2% and 3% Flat , for a minimum partnership period of 6months .
Our Coop Investment fund allows our partners to secure their returns and their initial partnership funds, which is paid back at the signed
expiration of the Partnership Investment contract (PIC).
On the one hand, the Scheme is high interest bearing and encourages financial discipline through savings and investments while on the other
hand, it is a low risk fund as it invests in high quality securities, loans disbursed to clients with good risk ratings, and other
Gabsyn investment vehicles. It is open ended, hence investors are able to subscribe anytime but can only redeem at Maturity.
As a member of the community, you will receive a monthly e- statement from us for every investment made to be aware of the status
of your investments.

• The Minimum investment amount under this class is Fifty Thousand Naira Only (₦ 50,000) up to a maximum of Nine Million,
Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Thousand , Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Naira Only (₦ 9,999,999).
• The Minimum Tenor is (6) Six Months.
• Guaranteed Rate of Return is (Twenty Four percent) 18% per annum repaid at Maturity.
• Partners have the privilege of accessing a loan which is 300% of Savings / Invested Amount for (12) Twelve Months, at a subsidized interest rate.

• The Minimum investment amount under this class is Ten Million Naira Only ((₦ 10,000,000) up to a maximum of Twenty Four
Million , Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Thousand , Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine Naira Only ((₦ 24,999,999).
• The Minimum Tenor is (12) Twelve Months
• Guaranteed Rate of Return is (Twenty Eight percent) 22% per annum repaid at maturity.
• Partners have the privilege of accessing a loan which is 300% of Savings / Invested Amount for (12) Twelve Months, at a subsidized interest rate.

• The Minimum Tenor is (12) Twelve Months
• Guaranteed Rate of Return is (Thirty percent) 24 % per annum , repaid at maturity
• Partners have the privilege of accessing a loan which is 300% of Savings / Invested Amount for (12) Twelve Months, at a subsidized interest rate.
